As daily, I am reading Economic Times. And I happened to come across the article titled - "India's century has dawned", by Vivek Paul of Wipro.

The article concludes:

India still needs to build more efficient institutions
and a more independent judiciary.  Corporate, Institutions and Government needs to work together

The "Knowledge Management" Puzzle

The "Knowledge Management" puzzle makes me think. People talk a lot about it. I talk about it. People are working hard on it... and so are we.

But the questions still remain unanswered. What exactly is KM? What does this phrase encapsulate? What breadth and horizons does it cover? What is the vertical limit? Many more questions remain unanswered... have you been able to define it?

I Googled for the phrase and got about 9,160,000 documents. It seems almost every organization in the world is working on it - publically or privately. But no document could provide a concrete response to any of these questions. I admit that I did not look beyond 250 documents.
